We1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the we1 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the we1 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform. we1 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and access any betting or gaming services offered.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of we1 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. we1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login information. You are required to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

During registration and the identity verification process, you may be required to submit valid identification documents. This information is used solely for verification and account security purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy.

Suspended or Closed Account Policy

We1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of breaching these terms, engaging in fraud, money laundering, unauthorised use of automated software, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact our support team for further clarification.

3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules

As a registered we1 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to:

  • Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation, or obtaining another user's personal information.
  • Posting or distributing any content that is defamatory, deceptive, harmful, or that infringes on the rights of third parties.
  • Abusing the bonus or promotions system in any unauthorised manner, including registering multiple accounts to claim repeated benefits.
  • Taking any action that could compromise the performance, security, or reliability of the we1 platform.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to any other party in any form whatsoever.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance, and potential legal action where applicable.

4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the we1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies directly. Available payment methods include local online banking such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, DuitNow transfers, and supported e-wallets.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from a bank account or payment method registered in their own name. we1 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected of being made by a third party may be held pending verification.

To withdraw funds, users must first complete the identity verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same user's name. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days.

We1 is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers during the transaction process. Users are advised to check their bank's fee policy before making any transactions.

Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by we1 are subject to their own wagering requirements. Winnings derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met. we1 reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse or misuse of the promotions system is suspected.

5. Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The we1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. we1 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability. We will make every effort to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee zero downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, we1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational damage.

We1 is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites that may be linked from our platform. Accessing any external sites is entirely at the user's own risk. The presence of a link to an external site does not imply that we1 endorses or verifies its content.

Intellectual Property

All content on the we1 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of we1 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from we1.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

We1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to the use of the we1 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
